What we collect

• Checkout: your name, email and billing details go to Stripe. We receive your name, email and the purchase record, never your card number.
• Getting started: what you send us on our getting-started form or by email, such as your business name, contact details, website address, social media account names and brand notes.
• Free Landing Page Kit: your email address and the date you signed up.
• Server logs: basic records such as IP address and browser type, kept for security.

Service customers

To run the services you buy, we work inside the systems you give us access to, and handle the data in them on your behalf:

• Websites and hosting: site content, hosting, domain and analytics settings, and form submissions your site collects.
• Social media accounts: the posts, images and schedules we prepare, and the performance figures the platforms report.
• Databases: the data stored in the database environments we manage.
• Business intelligence and email marketing: the customer, lead, inspection and contact records you provide or connect, and the reports and campaigns we produce from them.

We use this data only to provide your service. You decide what we can access and confirm you are allowed to share it; for data about your own customers, you remain responsible for having their permission and following the privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to you.

Account access

We ask for access through each platform's own invite or user roles wherever possible. We never ask you to send passwords by email or through our forms. You can remove our access at any time, though some services may stop working without it.

AI-assisted drafting

Some services, such as social media management, use AI writing tools to draft captions and posts from information you provide. The information you give us for content, such as service details and announcements, may be processed by those tools to produce drafts.

How long we keep it

We keep service data while your service is active and delete it within 30 days after it ends, or sooner if you ask. Ask for a final export before then if you want one. Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

How we use it

To deliver and support your service, send receipts and service emails, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone except the processors below.

Email signups

When you sign up for the free Landing Page Kit, we may send you occasional news about our services. Every such email tells you how to unsubscribe, or you can email us at any time to unsubscribe and have your address deleted.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and file storage), Upstash (order records), and the AI writing tools mentioned above. Each processes data under its own privacy terms. Platforms you connect, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google, handle your data under their own terms.

Security

We protect data with reasonable technical safeguards and limit access to the people doing your work. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a problem affects your data.

Your rights

Email info@snowseasonstech.net to ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, subject to record-keeping duties. If your details appear in data we handle for one of our customers and you want them removed, email us and we will delete them and tell that customer.
