API integration projects

One-time project fees are fully refundable until development begins. Every project starts with a scope review; if the review shows your project needs more than the tier you bought, we will quote the difference, and if you decide not to go ahead you get a full refund. Once development has started, fees are not refundable.

Founders Early Access

The membership terms define the 14-day first-payment defect remedy and the remedy for unavailable membership downloads. These exceptions take precedence over the general monthly policy below.

Monthly plans

Monthly fees are not refunded for part-months. You can cancel at any time and your plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for.

Earlier digital products

If you bought one of our downloadable products, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if it does not work as described and we cannot fix it.

How to request a refund

Email info@snowseasonstech.net with your receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
