Services
Snow Seasons Tech provides managed technology and marketing services: one-time API integration projects, and monthly plans for API maintenance, website management, social media management, database infrastructure, business intelligence and our combined Managed Technology & Marketing Package. The descriptions on our home page summarize each service; the details of your service are set by your service agreement.
Service agreement
- Scope review. Every API integration project starts with a scope review before development begins. We confirm in writing, by email, what will be built for the tier you bought. That confirmation, together with these terms, is our agreement for the project.
- Monthly plans. Posting frequency, content deliverables, account limits, support levels and any troubleshooting allowance are as listed for your plan and confirmed in your service agreement.
- Billed separately. Unless your agreement expressly includes them, third-party subscription and platform fees, hosting resources, advertising budgets, email delivery provider fees, database migrations, major redesigns and custom development are not included and are quoted or billed separately.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown on our site and at checkout; taxes may be added where required. One-time projects are paid in full at checkout. Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancelling a monthly plan
You can cancel at any time with the Manage subscription button on your order page, or by email. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and then stops. We do not refund part-months.
What you provide
- Inputs and access. You give us the information, content and account access the work needs, and confirm you are allowed to share them with us.
- Access to your accounts. If you give us access to your websites, social media accounts, databases, repositories or other systems, we use it only to do the work you asked for. You can revoke it at any time, though some services may stop working without it.
- Authorized data and communications. Data collection and processing are limited to authorized sources and approved business workflows. You decide how to use reports, contact lists and marketing tools we manage for you, and you are responsible for following the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you (for example CAN-SPAM, CASL or GDPR).
Your data
We keep your data and reports while your service is active and delete them within 30 days after it ends, or sooner if you ask. Ask for a final export before then if you want one. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
No guaranteed results
Monitoring, automation and third-party platforms can fail or change without notice. We watch for problems and fix what is within our control, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as uptime, sales, leads, engagement or campaign results.
Earlier digital products
If you bought one of our downloadable products, you have a license to use it for your own business; you may not resell or redistribute it. Download links are time-limited; sign in or revisit your order page for a fresh link.
Warranty and liability
Services and products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid (for a monthly plan, the fees for the last three months).

Founders Early Access Membership
Effective November 1, 2026. These membership terms take precedence over general monthly-plan terms where they differ.
- Price and renewal: $21.75 USD per month for subscriptions started on or after November 7, 2026, billed in advance starting at checkout, plus applicable tax. No free trial. Renews automatically until canceled. A subscription started before November 7, 2026 keeps the $29 USD base price for as long as it stays continuously active; cancellation ends that price lock and rejoining uses the offer then available. Any checkout promotion states its duration; otherwise renewals are $21.75 plus tax for new subscriptions and $29 plus tax for locked subscriptions.
- Included downloads: GBP Analytics Dashboard, Lead Generation Pipeline, Page Builder, Auto Scheduler, Auto Blogger, Invoice & Biller, BookScan Live, and SaaS Financial Projection Engine. This is downloadable software for your own business, not hosted accounts, managed services, API maintenance or permission to resell or redistribute files.
- Access timing: Downloads become available on your order page after payment confirmation. Processing payments do not grant access. You keep and may continue using files already downloaded after membership ends.
- Limits and costs: One purchasing business; 10 download requests per included product per membership purchase, not per month. Contact support if a failed download uses the allowance. No automatic overage charges. Your own hosting, third-party services and API usage are billed separately by their providers.
- Updates and future apps: While your subscription is active, updates are included until each app reaches Production, including its first Production version. Later Production updates are not promised. New early-access apps are included when added to the membership catalog; no particular future app, feature or release date is guaranteed. Existing included products remain available to active members.
- Cancellation and payment failure: Cancel through Manage subscription on your order page or email info@snowseasonstech.net. Access continues through the paid billing period, then new downloads and updates stop. Failed or overdue payments suspend downloads until the subscription becomes active again. There are no ordinary part-period refunds.
- Refunds and delays: Within 14 days of the first payment, email your receipt if an included product does not work as described and we cannot fix it; we will refund that first membership payment and end the subscription. If membership downloads cannot be provided after payment confirmation, contact us for restoration or a refund of the affected billing period and cancellation. A delayed unpromised future feature is not a refund trigger. These terms do not limit rights required by law.
- Support: Email info@snowseasonstech.net for download/access problems, defects and feedback. Support is best effort, with no guaranteed response time or uptime. Custom setup, development and managed services require a separate agreement.
